1. SIGN-UP: Start earning points with every purchase after you sign up online or in-store with help from Sozo staff. You’ll immediately start earning points on all your purchases (points are not earned on tax). Just by joining, you will receive a penny pre-roll or edible and 20% off your next three orders! That’s right, we want to be your one and only cannabis stop (Insert cheering here).
2. EARN: Every time you purchase from one of our Sozo retail stores you earn more points than you can apply at three thresholds: $10, $50, $90. Those have always been our most popular redemption tiers, and we believe good things come to those who wait. This means your points are worth more the longer you hold onto them. Providing a valid phone number and email address is key to accurately earning points each time you shop with us.
3. REDEEM: You can check your points balance and available rewards anytime and anywhere. Click HERE to log in to your wallet and scroll down, choose your eligible reward and click OPEN. At check-out inform our sales team members you would like to redeem your reward and allow them to view it as you click REDEEM in-store. Once our sales team member has validated your reward selection, we will add your reward item to your order and complete your transaction.  Of course, we are always happy to help look up your points while you are visiting any of our retail locations and we’ll remind you when you hit one of our three reward thresholds.

Rewards or loyalty points are earned with every purchase for our members. Our HighMiles loyalty program consists of three levels, which allows members to earn more the more they engage with us. All members receive points for each purchase that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. 

• Star > Our top loyal members, those visiting weekly, earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
• Sky > Our mid-level members, those visiting every other week, will earn 1 point for every $2 spent.
• Air > Our new members, visiting once a quarter, will earn 1 point for every $3 spent.

You can redeem points for $10, $50 and $90 off your order. The higher the reward, the more your points are worth.

Checking your points is easy on your HighMiles digital wallet online or in the app, available on the Google Play and Apple Store, where they will display on the home-screen of your account.

Texts and emails you receive from Sozo HighMiles will often display your total points balance. Your points can also be checked by Sozo staff in store any time you shop.

HighMiles has three member levels. Air, Sky, and Star.

As you spend, you’ll automatically level up, unlocking access to more points and products, so you can elevate on autopilot.

A badge in your wallet will indicate your current member status based on your activity as a member to date, and you’ll receive a notification any time it changes. You can also ask us about your member status in-store.
